    RETURN AND REFUND POLICY.

    RETURN/CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE ORDER
    The Consumer may cancel or return its order only with the prior consent of the company, which company may withhold in its sole discretion. All cancelations and return of product(s) will be subject to deduction of 10% Administrative Charges.

     No returns will be permitted more than two (2) days after delivery.  No returns of special, custom, or made-to-order Products will be permitted.

    There must be an instant complaint on delivery. Complaints made after 1 hour of delivery will not be treated as reliable, but the company may consider looking into it.

    The following products cannot be returned unless received defective:-

    o        Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.

    o        Agro produce made to your specifications or clearly personalized/customized, especially personalized and handmade items.

    o        Products which may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

    o        Products damaged by negligence and/or by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose are also not returnable.

     REFUND OF CASH

    The company shall not refund cash already paid by the consumer for a defective product delivered by the company. However, the company provides or exchanges the defective product with a good and durable one, and further pays the delivery fees for the product(s) to be delivered to the consumer within a reasonable time.

    Unless the consumer produces an evidence as to the defectiveness of such product(s), there shall be no exchange.

    The consumer will be entitled to a full refund if the product quality is significantly worse and different from that in the relevant item description (the item is defective, damaged and if such circumstances are not specifically noted in the description or the information provided in its description turns out to be substantially incorrect) on the website and there is no way you can enjoy the product properly. Refund is subject to administration charges.

    The product should be returned to Agohmarket. Therefore, customer is to contact customer relations officer to clarify the return address before return of the agohmarket product, otherwise Agohmarket reserves the right to reject the refund request. Only after the customer relations officer has received proof of return shipment can a refund be considered. Response to all return/refund requests are aimed at delivering within 48 hours of receiving it.

    Refunded monies are transferred only to the card used by the consumer to make purchase.

    Agohmarket aims to complete the refund process for valid claims within 14days.
