    Go to My Account and click on Register or Register at the point of checkout

    1.       How do I become an AGOHmarket Agent?

    You can become an AGOHmarket Agent by registering as a customer and apply to Join as an Agent through your profile.

    1.       What is the Timeframe/Duration of delivery?

    Delivery takes 5 to 7days weekends inclusive

    1.       Can I become a customer and vendor at the same time?

    To become an AGOHmarket vendor you will apply for vendor account which is a separate account from the customer account.

    1.       Can I cancel a placed order?

    No, you can not cancel a placed order

    1.       What do I do when I receive a wrong item/order?

    You can raise a return request through your profile. Terms and conditions apply

    1.       How can I change shipping address?

    You can edit your shipping address at the point of Check Out. However, to change your shipping address for a placed order, contact customer service.

    1.       Do you offer home delivery?

    Yes, we offer door step delivery and pick up at Agohmarket Office

    1.       What payments do you accept?

    We accept payment through Card, E-wallet, and Bank Transfer
